Sales Associate was very helpful
Sales Associate was very helpful. He showed me different styles of dressers. I ended up buying a metal bed frame for queen size bed. Putting dresser on hold, for now. Not in a hurry to buy.

I had a really great Showroom Manager…
I had a really great Showroom Manager assisting me on my visit for the replacement of my dining room furniture under the platinum protection plan I purchased ….what I am unhappy about is the delivery fee …I do not agree that I should have to pay for this …this was a manufacturing issue since the chairs could not be cleaned , the foam bled through the fabric …something sort of liner should have been put between the foam and the fabric so this would not happen !!! Now I have to pay another 372.00 to have something replaced that was substandard …if I was allowed to have the furniture at the online sale price and no delivery fee then I would have been giving a 5 star but due to what took place not happy!!! I have a house full of Raymour and Flannigan furniture….always was my first stop when looking for furniture now not satisfied to do that. Thank you

My experience was GREAT
My experience was GREAT! As soon as I entered the store the customer rep reached out to me and made me feel welcomed. I knew what I wanted so he let me take my time and then kindly answered the questions I had. I like the fact that he shared options and then let me decide what I wanted to do. He even assured me that my business was important to the company when I told him that all of my household furnishings were purchased at Raymour and Flanigan. Even though there are other furniture stores on the same road as Raymour and Flanigan, I will always choose your business because no one else can match the wonderful product/services that I get from you.
