Raymour & Flanigan - Newington Avis 

Jude Morris was personable, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted, when assisting us with our purchase. The check out process was quick and efficient.

I placed an online order on a Sunday for next day delivery which would’ve been Monday and I got a text telling me that it would not be delivered on Monday but it would be rescheduled to be delivered on Tuesday. That’s not what was promised and that is not stellar service that is average service therefore you only get three stars.

We always go to Raymour and Flanigan for our furniture needs. Scott was super. He was helpful and knowledgable.

The dresser I ordered wasn’t suppose to be in until The middle of June. I asked if there is any way to expedite this order. Padro from the Newington CT store said the stores new manager is a real go getter, and would work on it. The next day I got a call, dresser is being delivered Monday!!! I am beyond happy!! My husband and I have been a customer of Raymour & Flanigan for a number of years. We furnished my house from your furniture store In Newington. I will say that the sales person that helped us Joseph Geagea was exceptional, he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. However, he almost lost the sales due to the management at the store. If at anytime I need another piece of furniture. I do hope that Mr. Geagea is there. If it wasn't for him my husband and I would of walked out of the store. Our purchase on that day was $6,000.00 I would hope that Raymour & Flanigan recognizes repeated customers. thank you. Ordered online. Everything was crystal clear. All the itemization of merchandise, quantity, cost, tax, etc., store card charge and recycle fee (mattress) charge were clearly delineated. The shopping, the cart, and check out process were clear and uncluttered. Merchandise was delivered next a.m. at 9:00.

Easy to pickup our end table. Would have been even better if it had been delivered but couldn’t afford the $70.00 delivery fee. I do like Raymour and Flanigan furniture so that was our reason for purchasing it at that store.

I purchased a sofa and had it in my home no more than 48 hours when one of the recliners broke. This is Poor quality and I hope that I’m reimbursed for this.

This was a great shopping experience. The sales people were very helpful but kept their distance with no pressure which is what I like.

I recently visited Raymour & Flanagan’s store in Newington, CT for a replacement queen size mattress. We found a great Purple 4 mattress, it was delivered quickly, has been very comfortable after 3 weeks. Our salesperson Joseph Geagea, was especially knowledgeable and provided excellent service all around. I recommend the R&F Newington CT store and specifically recommend Joe.
