My sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful while exploring alternatives. He was able to confidently answer all of my questions. I wound up purchasing a mattress and a bed frame.

Just ok. The sales person was a bit condescending and didn’t really help me. Didn’t show me anything... just described the layout and then tried to sell me the extra warranty before I even looked at a couch.
Inventory was a bit overpriced. Store was overwhelming to navigate. When I finally found the item I wanted, I ordered online and it was then on back order. The primary reason I shopped here was because I needed a couch immediately. I should have been given the option to buy the floor model.

I've had good luck with R&F. Always treated well and given the best prices. I've spent a good amount of money the last couple years and I'm not disappointed in the furniture I've bought!

You get what you buy, and Wayside, other furniture stores, sell you kits to put it together where Raymore & Flanigan, have been our furniture store for some years. Bought two identical couches and two beautiful electric rocking lounge chairs, 4 years ago and they are still is top notch condition, with only a small amount of wear on the chair arms. Rather pay a little more for quality at Raymore & Flanigan!

We wanted to add a piece to our bedroom furniture in Florida. I was able to order it online and have it shipped. The delivery was scheduled a few days ahead and the nightstand was delivered right on schedule. All involved were pleasant and efficient. We are very happy with the experience.

My husband and I had a very good experience shopping. No pressure. Josh was very helpful and courteous. We visited twice and then placed order over the phone with Josh. Everything went smoothly. Our order is back ordered and we are waiting anxiously for it to arrive.

We went to the Watertown store to furnish a condo we purchased in upstate New York. The manager met us at the door and directed us to a most delightful lady named Christine Scofield. It was rather late in the day and we were traveling back to our home in the capital district area. A four hour drive. But we needed to purchase furniture that evening for three rooms. We didn’t know what to look for and Christine very patiently led us to some wonderful purchases. In a little over an hour we were done and on our way home. A truly delightful and non stressful experience. Thumbs up to R&F and Christine. I even called her back the next day to add a love seat I had seen and decided to add it to our collection. She was very helpful and redid our order which put our total up to a point where we received a 20% percent discount. Can’t beet that!! Will return for anything else we may need after our move.

This is my 2nd experience with Frankie Dimezza, he's very professional and pleasant to work with. He deserves accolades.

Salesperson met us at the door. Told him why we were there and he led us to bedroom sets and let us browse at our leisure. Once we decided on set was pretty easy to complete the sale. Had a few follow up calls and added another piece to the order the next day and all went smoothly.

Our only minor concern was the fact that we actually scheduled the appointment online which we though we were required to do. We live an hour away. We mentioned the appointment to the salesperson and he just took us as his customer. When we got home there was a call from another salesperson (made about half hour after we left home) telling us to ask for her when we got there. We don't want her to think we ignored her message.

Finally, it would be helpful if the pricing ranges for the Platinum Protection Plan were clearly displayed at the store and online.

We do enjoy shopping at Raymour & Flanigan in West Springfield, MA which we have done several times over the years. We look forward to our new bedroom set and media chest.

Just a great overall experience. Maria was wonderful to work with and helped us find what we were looking for. She went out of her way to make sure we a very memorable experience. On top of all that, we got a super deal (and we shopped around). Highly Recommended.

Frankie was so very helpful in our search for new mattresses. There is a lot to choose from, and his knowledge and patience were exemplary. Customer service at Raymour & Flanigan is excellent and so rare these days. I will highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Salesman was great (Fred ) . He was patient and very informative . It is difficult to make a mattress purchase so it takes time. The delivery time is today 3-6
I returned to the store the next day and purchased a pillow. It was not available until monday (no issue at all with that). There was a woman there also but I did not know her name and she was VERY good also.
She gave me the cover protector for the mattress ( as it was included in the delivery) so I could wash it and have it ready.
