Sales rep, Melanie Poirier was very pleasant and helpful. She understood exactly what I was looking for and led me to the “perfect” recliner for my small living room. Would definitely return for any future furniture purchases. Chair was delivered today and I am very happy with it.

I was unable to get to the store due to an illness, so I applied for credit with Raymour & Flanagan. I was able to speak with a gentleman (Dylan from Massachusetts), who helped me fill out the application and order the bedroom set and mattress that I needed. He was very nice and precise about what was to be done. The furniture will be delivered next week. I am very happy as I know a 12-year-old girl will also be very happy.

Nathan greeted us at the door, checked in periodically to see if we needed anything and did not hover around us. When we were ready to place an order, he promptly took care of our business.

I loved my experience in your store. I was greeted at the door and shown where to go to see the bedroom line I was interested in. Nobody hounded me. I was left to walk around on my own. Miguel, the salesperson, caught up to me later to see if I had any questions. I was ready to place my order at that point, which he was able to do right there on his ipad. He then walked me over to the customer service desk to make payment and schedule delivery. The girl at the customer service desk was also fabulous. The whole experience was wonderful and I will go back there any time I need furniture in the future.

We went into Raymour & Flanigan (1190 S. WASHINGTON ST. No. Attleboro, Ma.) today to look at mattresses after dealing for almost a month with Mattress Firm to honor a warranty. (STAY AWAY!)

We entered the store without expecting too much. HOWEVER… we were very lucky to meet up with a very personable salesperson. Nathan Reynolds. Right away Nathan listened to our interests and concerns. He took us directly to the mattresses we were interested in and mattresses that he wanted us to compare and contrast.

So helpful with his expertise. Bottom line, we purchased a mattress that we both were extremely happy with. Raymour and Flanigan had a great selection with many price points. R&F is our new go to store. So nice to be able to deal with real people in person!

The salesman was great - knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered a full dining room set and bedroom set. One of the night stands had to go back due to a broken drawer and the hutch went back due to being dinged/scratched. 2nd delivery attempt - night stand OK. Hutch went back again due to being dinged/scratched. It's really a shame - the experience is becoming terrible and it started out great.

Dylan and the ability to text through the entire transaction was wonderful.

The purchase was made online. I was looking for better finance options and was accommodated after chatting with an associate. Will see how the delivery goes once the product is available.

Me and my husband bought a lamp that was on the show room floor because they said it wouldn’t be in stock until March. They said they don’t give discounts, therefore we paid FULL PRICE! They asked if we wanted to pick it up the following day so they’d have time to wrap and package the lamp since it was no refund and no return. We agreed that it would be better to transport wrapped and boxed, especially since it was for a gift. I asked what time we could pick up & was notified anytime after 12 would be good. We drove from East Providence to Attleboro once again to pick up after 12, waited 15 minutes for them to carry it out exactly how it was the previous day— NOT wrapped NOT packaged. It was the exact way it was previous day. Needless to say I was not very happy! The manager (Roberto) then went inside and wrapped it in plastic wrap NOT even bubble wrap— just clear plastic cling wrap. Again I paid FULL PRICE for this lamp, $200! Was told there’s no refund, no discount, no return… and sent off with a lamp wrapped in Saran Wrap. We’ve previously bought a recliner for my mother and a lift chair for my father there and can’t believe this was handled this way. I was offered nothing but a “you should make it home ok” from the manager, “call me if you don’t!” Horrible service! Very disappointed
