I went to the Outlet in Milford and Jay…Don't go to the North Haven Store
I went to the Outlet in Milford and Jay was awesome very helpful, he gave me time to look around. I bought 2 chairs instead of the one I was looking for. Verses going to the North Haven store where the salesman was arrogant and never told me his name, jumped out and was on me every step. Told him what I found on line, left me sitting while he checked a computer somewhere. I was getting up about to leave and said to me I just checked my computer and I left it up so you go and check it because I can not find anything like you said. I said "NO thank you" and walked out the door. Went to the outlet and found more that what I was looking for and bought it with Jay Willams. Thank you Jay

Sales representative, Jennifer, was extremely helpful. She listened to our needs and responded with demonstrations that solved our demands. She let us take time to think about the options and was there when we returned to purchase. She helped us with a way to remove the piece we were replacing and set up delivery that met our availability. Very impressed!

I had visited the North Haven store and had a very pleasant sales person, Vincent Como help me. I was looking for a small scale sofa or loveseat to fit into my apartment. He suggested a power recliner love seat and the size is perfect! He didn’t pressure me and told me to think it over and let him know. I did and it is being deliver this week! Stood Up in Bedroom Furniture
The people who greeted me where lovely (which is why I didn't give only 1 star). But, the person who was supposed to help me, told me where to go to find the bedroom set I was interested in seeing; he said he would meet me there in a minute. He never showed up. I left and ordered the furniture online.

Good Shopping Experience
John was very personable and gave us assistance without being pushy. He worked with us to make sure we got just what we needed in a sectional sofa without modules that we didn’t need and wouldn’t fit our space. He also helped us maximize our savings. Would definitely buy from him again.

Buying a recliner. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a furniture store. Anthony listened to me took us directly to what i described.it was the quality and design I asked for. We will be back the next time I furniture shop.

Superior Every Time
We came into the store and was asked if we would like to look around or if we needed help. I wanted to look first until I knew what I was going to get then got help from Vinny, he helped me look at and lay out a floor plan with each couch I liked, He listened to what my concerns where and together we got exactly what I wanted in the color BLUE I was so hoping for! I enjoyed shopping today at the North Haven location, I have purchased from R&F several times and I keep coming back, you get quality prices for quality products unlike other stores that are overpriced and sell junk! My furniture will be delivered in less than a WEEK! I am so excited they will set it up and I can decide if it all looks great on the spot any issues you refuse or return no questions. Awesome Service! I am glad I chose to go with R&F again! They never disappoint! Can wait to see how beautiful it will all look once installed! Thank you again Vinny!! Such a great guy!
