Finding the right store
We had been to two other R&F stores that day and they each had two sofas in the size we needed, and we went to another large store and they didn't have any and we bought our last sofa from them. But at this store there were many sofas in our size and the gentleman who waited on us knew when to help and when to let us explore on our own, and when we picked out the sofa we wanted he gave us a lot of excellent choices and advice. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, and best of us, we have a new sofa coming that we love.

Great Experience and Prices

Mariana made it easy!
Mariana made our visit fun and easy! She knew the answers to most questions and got any extra information we needed. She had us try mattresses to feel the difference, so I knew which one would be best for me. Mariana is pleasant and has a fun personality. I have already recommended her to several friends and family!

Our sales person, Mariana, was great! She pointed us in the direction of the item we were looking for. She stood back & let us look around. She was still in the area in case we had questions. We actually went for a recliner & bought a mattress also.
