Probably the worst product and worst…

Probably the worst product and worst customer service that I have ever received.

Purchased a leather sofa and 1 month into the purchase I had a giant, leather puddle in the center of one cushion. At that time was told there probably wasn't much I could do, so I just lived with it. Now a year and half later, it is much worse.

Called and received some awful service. Then visited the store on Saturday with a photo and was told by the salesman onsite that, that should not be occurring.

I did hear from a representative that asked for a photo to be sent.

I then received a call this morning from a pretty rude associated calling to say that I only had 1 year to make a claim, and pretty much too bad.

Save your money and shop somewhere with real service and real attention to customers.

I personally would NEVER shop there again.

Very happy with Raymour &…

We have been very happy with Raymour & Flanigan for many years. Most recently when our recliner sofa was not working, there were delays getting it fixed. They came through and made it right. Lucy provided fantastic customer service. Anita and other salespeople have given us an amazing experience too over the years. We will keep on coming back. Thanks so much!

Went to the Oakhurst

Went to the Oakhurst, NJ store. Bernie Kastner helped us with the sale. Really great working with him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful about what were purchasing. What a pleasure.

It was such a pleasure shopping at…

It was such a pleasure shopping at Raymour and Flanagan. The selection is outstanding. The service is absolutely amazing. Our sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant experience.

My experience from sales(Mike) to delivery went smoothly.

After some exploring for couches at various stores, I ended up at Raymour & Flanigan. I was greeted by Mike F. who took time answering all my questions, never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Mike is definitely experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up purchasing a couch and two chairs which, I am very pleased with. From my experience with Mike to the delivery I would highly recommend checking out Raymour & Flanigan.

Horrible experience as we lived in New…

Horrible experience as we lived in New Jersey and moved to Charleston SC bought sofa and 2 chairs. Never delivered excuse after excuse Finally got a call saying goods will be at the trucking company to do the delivery That’s when the circus started 4 different R& F employees with 4 different stories Well guess what the guarantee that I will have by Thanksgiving is a laugh Story after story all a bunch of lies from incompetent R&F personal Just a horrible experience

Ronnie Cohen was an excellent…

Ronnie Cohen was an excellent salesperson, as always and helped me find the item that I wanted easily. However, I was disappointed to learn -- and this seems to be store policy -- that the men bringing me my new desk chair would not be removing my old one. This has left me in a difficult situation.
