Order not processed correctly, Charged for delivery, charged for rebate, delivery not delivered for two straight days and now still waiting for our cancellation confirmation email. Worse than buying a car.

Placed an order on 4/6/23 and have email confirmation to pick chair up on 4/10/23, which was an important factor in buying decision, and am told today (4/10) that chair isn’t at the store and don’t have information on when it will arrive. Customer service apologizes but offers no resolution. Have bought many pieces from R&F, but future purchase decisions will come with a 2nd thought.
