I originally ordered a 6 piece sectional. I had called and changed it to a 5 piece. Thought the room could not handle such a large piece. Called my salesman and it was no problem to change the order. After 2 months felt the room really needed the extra piece. Called back my salesman and it was no problem, delivered about 3 days later. Color matched perfectly. Thank you!!

No problems getting an exchange for a…
No problems getting an exchange for a chair with a damage thru the platinum protection plan. Was surprised that I still had to pay the $75 for delivery. I can understand a delivery charge but that amount was high which I didn't expect to pay. Pictures of new chairs with cats and the one with dogs received over 100 likes on Facebook. ❤🐾🐕🐈🐾❤

This store has the most wonderful…
This store has the most wonderful employees, sales help and customer service of any store I have ever been in. They help you with all your questions and never any high pressure sales. They even went so far as to move tables and lamps around for me to see it with the set I was considering. This is the 2nd time I have made a purchase from Raymour and Flanagan. I am not only pleased with my purchases but the entire shopping experience.
