Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My daughter and a friend went in to look around, the salesmen at the door ignored them, a woman told them to leave if they weren't going to buy anything. So, she came home with this story instead of asking me to go back and buy something she found. Nobody is going to ever be going back to the Phillipsburg store! And Raymore and Flanigan in general has a black mark in my mind now!

Our guy "Q" was wonderful
Our guy "Q" was wonderful. He really helped my husband and I choose the perfect piece of furniture without being pushy. I love that he knew so much about the different fabrics and matched us to our needs as grandparents! We had a great experience.

Great Service!
Ordered a lift recliner online for my mom. She had a medical condition and really needed to elevate her legs. I called the Phillipsburg store to see if i could pick it up sooner. The sales rep. Chris was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get it delivered the next day. Great service! Thanks Chris!

While the store is massive, Robyn (sp?) expertly guided us through to find the pieces that best matched what we were looking for. I greatly appreciated feeling supported and not pressured, and that she took the time to explain the better fabric textures for cat owners like me and to bring a fabric sample to various parts of the store so I could see how it looked it different lights and against different colors/tones. The store was immaculate and we appreciated the available restroom.

Pour salesperson went above and beyond to match a carpet selection to our previously purchased R&F chairs and some other colors from samples she showed us. She also arranged for free delivery, making our purchase within our budget. She was also very pleasant, and the kind of salesperson we like to deal with!
