Listened & guided not pushy
Sales person, Robin was knowledgeable, LISTENED to me and what we needed. Knew her stock and what to suggest. Not pushy. Due to her personality of guiding not pushing, I bought. I was in to buy a sofa for a family member. I walked out with 3 pieces for myself and am going back for a 4th. I came back to buy 2 more items Aneeqa helped me change delivery so they could all come together and suggested colors I wasn't looking at. She had great eye for decorating. Go there Pburg store is Great! nice quality for the price.

The. Team very professional and helpful. And don’t follow you around ever two seconds to ask if everything is ok. I was able to enjoy shopping without constant interruptions.

Shopping
Shopping, selection, assistance and purchasing process from our salesman was exceptional. Shopped here after a terrible customer service experience from another chain, and was more than delighted to experience the difference! They will have my business forever over any other competitors! Looking forward to having my new set replace the set being returned to another chain for not only the better quality, but their ability to back the quality of their product and the comfort of knowing they value their customers.

Anthony was our salesperson
Anthony was our salesperson. He was great, not pushy at all. He let us try out all the beds but was close by in case we had any questions. The delivery was quick and the guys were very nice and professional. Overall, a very good experience!
