My experience was through your website. I did have phone contact with Janine at the Conshohocken store. She was very helpful and assured me my purchases were in the system and delivery would be scheduled as I wished online.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered a mattress, I got the text to schedule delivery, I picked the date 1 week out and got the text response that the window would be sent closer to time. The day came and I got no update and so I called. They told me it was not in their system at all. That it was actually a special order and would not come in for 2 weeks and I would be called to schedule the delivery then. I am lost on why I got the texts to schedule delivery with all confirmations. I missed work for this delivery and don't have a bed because I was expecting it today. Awful experience, communication, and service.

It took over 3 weeks to pick up a pair of barstools. After initially calling to confirm pickup, I was told the date that I requested online was not possible (which is confusing why it is available as an option). I was told they would have it on the truck to pick up on the following day and received a text confirming that my item had arrived. Only when I arrived at the store did they inform me that the item had not actually gotten loaded on the truck so I would have to wait a week. The next week I got a text that the item AGAIN didn’t get loaded on the truck. Another week went by and I heard nothing at all, so I had to call to find out if it ever actually arrived. On final pickup, the associate initially printed the wrong confirmation so I would have taken home someone else’s furniture if I hadn’t asked to confirm the item in the box. It is a wonder they ever sell any furniture with this level of difficulty over a barstool.

Sale association was very helpful not pushy and very knowledgeable about our needs. Seeing husband was using a cane to walk help us pick out furniture that will be helpful for him to get in and out of.

The personal were very professional and made our experience very pleasant.

The saleswoman was very nice and gave us plenty of time to check out the furniture and gave us to look out at the ones we wanted till we were satisfied.
