Great experience at Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan
We went to the Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan store in search of beds and some living room furniture. Jamie made contact with us, then let us be as we explored. We found the perfect loveseat and chair and a half for our space. Jamie then walked us through the bed area and answered many of our questions. We bought furniture and beds that night. Delivery was quick, professional and we are loving our new furniture! Jamie definitely made our experience positive with all of her help during and after the process. We recommend Raymour and Flanigan, and Jamie, to anyone interested in buying new furniture!

We did not know the exact opening time
We did not know the exact opening time. We happened to arrive at the store about 15 minutes early. A man came out of the store and said it was okay for us to enter. That was very nice. Otherwise we would have waited in our truck.
The sales person was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. She did not push any other things on us.

Great service! The salesman tolerated my indecision with great patience and did not "trail" me around while I made my decisions. He let me walk around until I had chosen what I wanted and then assisted me with my purchases. Great service!

5 Month old sectional- junk!
I purchased a sectional for almost $4,000. I was delivered in January, the pillows are losing shape & the fabric is pilling all over. I called to file a claim, the rep came out today and said it's not covered. I should unzip the pillows and reshape the pillows & buy a shaver on Amazon to shave my couch. It's only been 5 months! UNBELIEVABLE! I've purchased couches at Unclaimed Freight that were better quality than their furniture! Absolutely terrible. Scam artists!

The mattress exchange!
The mattress that I bought in February just wasn't comfortable after almost 3 months. I called and was given an appointment with a manager the next day. He was understanding and very helpful in finding a better fit for me. I love that I was able to exchange it without any issues. The process was easy, and the staff was so helpful.

The entire staff at quakertown store…
The entire staff at quakertown store are extremely friendly. They ask if you need assistance direct you where you are looking. No body there pushes you to try to make a sale. I have been shopping this story for some 30 years. I have no desire to go else where for furniture. From the store manager to the sales staff and the girls behind the counter are all super people.

Stop following the customers!!!!!!
Once we found Our sales person Kathy Deroner our experience was wonderful. Prior to that 2 salespeople followed our every move throughout the store as if we were burglars!!! THAT almost made is walk out until we realized Kathy was working that day.
