Raymour & Flanigan - Rockaway Avis 

As usual, was appreciative of the very fast delivery date and impeccable delivery service (though I did not appreciate the 06:40 am early call to tell me the delivery was only 20 minutes out for a delivery time set as 8-9:30 am). I was later dismayed that both the lamps I ordered were damaged. As the delivery guys would not set the lamps up (reportedly policy), I did not discover this until I unpacked them later the same day (and discovered a broken lamp part outside the wrapping of the lamp itself, as if it had been tossed separately in the box as an afterthought!). It was then challenging to get someone to answer the phone at R&F when I called back in the middle of the same day. Someone did eventually take my call and told me someone would call me back to discuss replacement options. Waiting for that call today.

Your salesman, Bastian Romero was wonderful! As soon as I walked through the door he greeted me with a big smile. I told him what I wanted to see and he walked with me to look at what I was interested in. The store was set up in such a manner that I could see everything clearly. I was not rushed into anything which I really appreciated! I came to the store on Monday and returned on Tuesday and bought my new furniture!

Great experience on my first visit to the new Raymour and Flanigan store in Rockaway New Jersey. The sales person was very helpful and went out of his way to have a piece of furniture brought over to a couch I wanted to purchase to make sure that it coordinated. The whole process was simple And the sales person gave me his cell number in the event there was any problems.

Our sales person Peter was very good in helping us make our final decision on the furniture. He was very informative, polite and had a no pressure attitude. My wife liked his sense of humor and overall we had a great experience buying furniture.

Annemarie Bacovic was the greatest salesperson we have ever encountered. Allowing us to peruse bedroom sets without any pressure was so helpful to us and she helped us successfully choose the right set and mattress for us. She thoroughly explained everything to us. As senior citizens we are grateful for the care and concern she afforded us.

We bought an ottoman from Peter at the Rockaway store. He was friendly , very helpful and the transaction went perfectly.

We went to the Raymour & Flanigan store in Rockaway to purchase new furniture for our granddaughter. The dresser and chest were on sale for a 10% discount. Our salesperson, Annamarie Bakovic, was very pleasant and helpful. The store manager, Gaith Shashati, was also very pleasant. The only thing I think you can improve upon is to give your managers more leeway as far as pricing goes. I have furniture shopped at another store in my area and have been offered a deeper discount and twice they have waived the cost of delivery.

The store Manager was both courteous and knowledgeable regarding different types of mattresses.
He took the time to help me find the right mattress for me and also was cognizant of my price point. Overall, a very good experience
