We spend over 6k on two purchases.
We spend over 6k on two purchases.
We were Promised to received gift cards for our purchases… We did not received any. We went back this weekend to ask why? Unfortunately, our emails to receive the link was leave blank by whoever take of our Oder.
We were told will receive the 400 worth of gift cards… will wait for that.
Meanwhile 25.00 gift card for our other smaller purchases that I paid less than 1k… did not cane either. I was told I was emailed with the link but I have not found one. Asked where the email coming from. Could not answer or I did not get a clear answer.
Frustrating!!!

Antonio was very pleasant & helpful !
I had a wonderful sales man Antonio & he was very pleasant & had a lot of great ideas and most of all he had the patience to show me around because I had never been in Raymour & Flanagan ever & yesterday was my first day there so yes I would go back & ask for Antonio again. Thank you Kasey 12/12/24

Rude and dishonest
They told me buy protection plan so i can change my mattress if i dont like it and when i asked to change it they told me i cant. I have explained to their very rude manger that i haven’t been able to sleep and she said you will have to pay even tho she told me i have 60days free of charge to change it. She was a very dishonest person and lied. Now i have back pain for a week and i cant get anything from them. I don’t generally have a problem with raymour and flanigan but this location you have to get as far as you can from them worst customer service i have seen so far in my life. Very disappointed

The lack of benefits of having a local Raymour & Flanigan Outlet
Having a local Raymour & Flanigan store is very convenient. Having a local Raymour & Flanigan Outlet is nothing to get excited about. Selling limited stock is what Outlets are about, but do not waste mine and others time with selling floor models. Floor models stay on the floor for demo. If you do not have any in stock, that is OK. Our new mattress was the same price everywhere, so no sale at local Raymour & Flanigan would make me a return customer.
