Raymour & Flanigan - Southampton Avis 

I enjoyed walking around and sitting on all the chairs and sofas that appealed to me. Matt introduced himself but did not linger. When I had questions, he was very helpful. I came away feeling positive!

Easy to navigate website to find what I'm looking for. Item was on sale which is always nice and delivery charge was was less that other stores.

Maya was great. She made our experience fast and easy. I would definitely refer friends and family to her.

Judy did a great job helping me make my selections quickly and professionally.

Bo was very knowledgeable about the products and options, which kept us on track and not aimlessly wondering like we've done in other stores. He also went out of his way to find an option elsewhere because the manufacturer we chose, didn't offer it.

Bo, the salesmen, was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy (which can be annoying). He quickly showed me the sofa I came in to see and then showed me alternatives that met my criteria.

Our salesperson, Judy, was pleasant and helpful in making the right selection of furniture for our needs. We did visit the showroom several times before making final selection and Judy was patient with our decision-making process.

This was the second time that Bowen Jones was our sleep consultant. As before, he was very professional, helpful, informative, and pleasant.

I went Raymour & Flanigan in Southhampton, PA to try several mattresses that I had researched online as possible selections for my bed. Robin Pearlman greeted me at the door and had a plan of how to show me the mattresses in the sleep center. Robin showed me many different brands and selections. I told her I wanted a cooling mattress for a side sleeper. I looked at the ones on my list Casper, Tempurpedic, Purple, etc. She gave me plenty of time to go back and forth my favorite mattresses until I narrowed it down to two. I selected and she let me know the warranty and return policies in case I don't like the one I chose. Robin was very helpful and informative.

Simple process as usual. Helpful staff, engaging and greeting wife and I as we entered store. Listened to our needs and recommended additional products. Also was able to pull previous purchase up to help answers questions.

friendly and knowledgeable employees. Wide selection of products, and able to deliver some within 3 days. Always a great experience. Have our whole house furnished by items from Raymour and Flanigan. Top quality and protection plan, as well.

The sales consultant was helpful without being overbearing. We found the furniture we wanted. I like that our consultant is available after the sale for any concerns we have.

Maya was our salesperson and was very friendly. We knew the style we were looking for, so she took us directly to every set of furniture in that particular style. She knew where everything was in the store. Maya made helpful decorating suggestions. She explained the different fabric styles, content and care tips. We made a large purchase. We were turned off by a different salesperson who rudely came to the dining table where we were sitting and discussing purchasing that set. He brought another customer to the table where we were and threw some pictures on the table that the customer was purchasing instead of taking her to the sales counter. My husband informed the manager about the rude salesperson, and they pretty much shrugged it off.

I called to request information on an item that I wanted to order. The sales representative was helpful. I said I would call back later in the day to place the order. I called several times left a message. I received a call from the front desk 8:30 in the evening telling me the order was placed And they needed some information. I should’ve stopped them there when they started asking me credit information. I never indicated to the sales rep that I wanted to finance a $300 item. He ran my credit without my approval. We are avid Raymour and Flanigan customers. However this does not sit well with me.
