It was a great experience
Thanks to your associate Mr Cohen! We told him what we were looking for and the size that would fit our apt. He showed us several couches & recliners. I purchased my furniture from raymour…
I purchased my furniture from raymour in Staten Island. I bought 4 bedroom sets and two dining sets.
When purchasing the sales rep pushed the warranty on me for 5 years any damage they would fix with no questions asked.
The two night stands the wood is peeling not even a year later. They said they can replace but I’ll lose my warranty. I said to her I paid for 5 years she said being that they are replacing you lose the warranty.
My kitchen table same deal.
Why when purchasing does no one advise of this. The warranty thing is such a scam.
All they want is your money and that’s it. They don’t care the rep on the phone was so nasty.
Will not give them not $1 of business again.
Ridiculous!!!!!!

Our sales agent, Mr. Mir Cohen was knowledgeable and polite. He understood exactly what our needs were and helped us pick up some good furniture. The manager, Mr. Martinez, was very cooperative and friendly. We are happy we went to Raymour and Flanigan after looking for furniture in a few different places.
