I ordered a bed and nightstand
I ordered a bed and nightstand. I was given a delivery date. No problem but I had to make changes to my schedule. They forgot the bed frame. Told them don’t take anything off the truck. Then given another date they forgot the mattress cover. My 75 y/o husband drives to the store to p/u. We paid $149.00 for delivery and the $120.00 mattress cover is a joke. They said they will send gift card for future purchase. lol No Thanks!

Store is always clean
Store is always clean. Sales people are not pushing. Very attentive. I deal with one individual cause I like to be loyal but everyone is excellent.
Products are great and the buying options are great.

Great experience!!
Mark was very helpful and patient as I went in circles testing over a dozen mattresses. He answered all of my questions and provided valuable insight to help me pick the mattress that is best suited for me. I would work with Mark again. As a whole, Raymour & Flanigan was efficient and made the process easy and painless. If/when I need new furniture, I'll be going back.

This order has been cancelled
This order has been cancelled. I took a day off work; waited all day - no one showed; I didn't even get a phone call to advise of a possible late delivery - but I received a call to hustle me for a $100 mattress cover. My delivery window was 1:30-4:30; by 5:45 I had to get ready to leave my home for another appointment. At 6:45PM delivery phoned and stated they were outside my home - I told them I was not home and I would be leaving the following day for 6 days and unable to set up another delivery - refund my money. Thank you
