Raymour & Flanigan - Watertown Avis 

Kathy Brite greeted us as we entered. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the mattresses we were interested in. She listened to what we had to say and was not pushy to get us to purchase an expensive item. She was friendly and personable.

Pay more n shenanigans sell overpriced garbage. They will not stand behind their products. It started with my wife and I purchasing a $2000 queen size bed and box spring set. We also purchased a $2000 sofa. Not even four years and both products are now junk. We purchased extended warranty with couch. Mattress has a 10 year warranty. They gave us a replacement mattress that after two nights my wife and I are sleep deprived and in pain. They said 30 days before they will be here to look at the mattress. Our back are killing us. We've been dealing with this company over a month about this junk mattress that is priced at $1600. This company is a bunch of crooks. They will never get another penny from me. I would give negative 10 stars if the option was available.

Very nice product selection. The store appeared to be clean and bright. And the saleswoman was knowledgeable and friendly.

Our shopping experience was great as soon as we walked into the store. Tobi went above and beyond to assist us finding the perfect sectional.

As I wasn't ready to order in-house, the Associate in Watertown pointed me to the website to find just what I was looking for. After discussing with my husband, I ordered online and opted to pick it up at the Watertown location. The order was ready sooner than anticipated and the service was wonderful...very friendly.

The salesperson made this visit exceptional! Toni took her time with us and helped us out tremendously. She was kind, party, and helpful. Wonderful experience!! Tobi was great!!

The salesperson ( Tobi) who helped us was 100% low pressure. She understood that we were just looking and were not ready to purchase until fall and she still took almost an hour with us and showed me everything i wanted to see.

We liked the product on on paper but have much difficulty with the installation and we’re very unhappy with the finished product. The headboards and mattress choices were not suited for each other and the sales help was not aware of that.
