My wife and I have been looking for counter stools for a kitchen island for months. We purchased and returned more than I can count, that’s did not meet our comfort or style expectations. When we stopped at the Hartford store see Dwight, our sale person, we found a floor model that we thought would work, but we’re anxious to purchase it as it did not have a return policy.

When discussing with Dwight he work out with the store manager the ability for us to take a stool home to see it in our kitchen as long as we returned it later that day.

I am happy to report that we purchased 5 stools and are looking forward to having them in our home later in the week.

Much appreciated that the R&F team allowed the extra step to see the stools in our home!

The sales person knew all the features of what I was looking at as well as the benefits of the 5 year service contract.

I love the chair and their delivery service. I had a surgery and was on need to have the chair as soon as I can. R&F was only place that helped us.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly. Our sales ladies asked us many questions to help us narrow down our style and what we wanted. As the process continued, we’re assisted when needed (in terms of choosing our mattress), but left alone to make our selection as best as possible. However, they were never too far in case we had questions. We never felt either were ‘pushy’ and just trying to make a sale. They cared genuinely about what we wanted and helped get the best mattress and bed to fit us. Thank you Kathy and Catherine
