Patient young man
The young man, I think his name is Lopez, was very patient as I sat on chair after chair, slowly narrowing them down to two, and then making a decision. Then he did his paperwork, explaining that his supervisor would have to approve what he had done.

Horrible customer service!
If I could rate zero I would, because that’s the amount of customer service I received! Ordered two chairs on Saturday for a Tuesday pickup, went to the West Springfield store to get my chairs (an hour drive one way) and was informed they only get deliies on Wednesday, so my chairs wouldn’t be there until the following day around 3:00! I told them to cancel the order.

Marquis was terrific
Marquis was terrific! We told him what we wanted and he delivered once again. We have bought a few items from him and always without pressure. He listened and shows us options we could afford . We had our mattress delivered the very next day. I absolutely love my new mattress!

Omar helped us to choose a new mattress…
Omar helped us to choose a new mattress and boxspring. He recognized us from previous visits and purchases and greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. His extensive knowledge, patience and pleasant demeanor made for a relaxed and very pleasant experience. We did purchase a black extra firm beautyrest and boxspring which were delivered today and we couldn't be happier! The 2 brothers who delivered them and set them up were also outstanding. They were extremely polite, efficient and careful. Your employees are outstanding.

Need to do a re-select? Don't trust them!
We have purchased furniture here previously so when we needed a new sofa, we went back. We are very happy with our purchase.
Then our mattress was giving us problems so we called and had it inspected and it failed. Raymour & Flanigan in Hartford, CT said they would give us full credit of the purchase price and told us to do a re-selection. We went to the store and looked at mattresses with the manager and selected one that was $500 more than the original mattress purchase. Raymour was supposed to charge our account with the $500 difference. THEY DIDN'T! They put the full charge of $3,186.44 on my account as a purchase. It has taken two weeks to get an adjustment. However, they adjusted it leaving a $687.44 balance instead of the $500!!
Concora Credit is a nightmare at a whole different level.
Mike & Tom have been great! However, their corporate office does not even accept calls so I am getting nowhere. We will not be customers again at Raymour & Flanigan.
