I worked with Angelo and he was terrific. He spent hours with me and helped me find furniture for my entire apartment. I recommend him highly!

I ordered a couch and a loveseat it came in. They had to store it for me because my house was not ready yet and then they sold it out from under me. The manager of the store did re-order it for me, put it on a fast track, which I have not gotten it yet and he did agree to deliver it to me free of charge up in Maine, which is about a $450 charge but still not his fault but someone else sold it out from under me.

I found our salesman, Amir Barksdale to be very professional. He was able to help us find the matress which was perfect for us without any undue pressure.

Angelo, was very accommodating and nice. He was informative, understanding.Great salesman!

Kevin Orie was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, took charge, and handled the sale very professionally. He is certainly an asset to your organization. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Good selection, no pressure sales

I accompanied my mother (who is nearly 80 years old) to purchase a bed frame and mattress/boxspring at the Raymour & Flanigan store in White Plains, NY. The sales associate, Ilana, who helped us sold my mother a bed that they did not have a model of on the floor, but that was similar to other styles.

My mother had concerns about certain styles because she had read reviews of mattresses not quite fitting the frames, and the sales associate assured her the model she had selected would not "float" as some people said.

My mother also purchased a mattress and boxspring along with mattress insurance protection. Ilana indicated to us that my mother could return the mattress and box spring and bed if not satisfied within thirty days. What we were NOT told in person was that she then had to purchase a "better" R&F model of the mattress in order for this insurance policy to be valid - we learned this the hard way, when after one night of sleeping on the bed, my mother called the store to have it picked up as she wanted to return it. She was told they had a busy schedule and weren't sure when they could get to it, and then told her she'd have to purchase another mattress from R&F. When my mother spoke w/ the manager, Peter, he told her she should "read the fine print." Fine - it's in there, but to be fair and not slick with an older customer, this information should be absolutely made transparent in person before the purchase.

Furthermore, the bed that was purchased - after Ilana assured my mother the mattress would indeed have a snug fit inside the frame - was WAY too large for the mattress (about 2-3 inches on either side and the mattress slid easily back and forth on the frame). Not ideal.

We had to call the store a few times to get someone on the line, and it was clear they knew from our messages ahead of time what our issue was. They were prepared with canned responses and it felt very much like they'd run through this routine before.

Technically, they didn't do anything "wrong", but ethically, this felt gross, unkind, and like a massive waste of money. Beware of return policies before you purchase, read the fine print yourselves rather than trusting the sales associate will share all the pertinent details, and make sure you see the product with your eyes first and not trust theirs. Their queen bed frames are far too large for their queen mattresses - across the board.

Angel B. took great care of us. Answered all our questions. Toured us to the types of pieces we were interested in as well as let us go through to other pieces that caught our attention. He demonstrated product functionality and even moved around chairs that I wanted to see with different tables. He obtained all the info we needed and pulled up pictures and specs when we asked. We were there for hours before we made our final decisions and purchases. He was very patient, polite, knowledgeable, and resourceful!!!

Beautiful, huge store that’s been sitting under my nose for a couple years, and the prices and sales are great. Lou was a great salesperson; friendly, personable, and not pushy whatsoever. Great experience, and I’ll be back for future purchases.
