Everyone at the store was amazing .. My sales rep Lisa Stevenson knew exactly what I wanted and helped me stay within my budget .. her supervisor was super friendly and very helpful when asked questions.. everyone was smiling and super attentive

Great selection of furniture
I always come back to Raymour for my furniture purchases. They have a great style and selection of all pieces. And I always trust my sales consultant, Kerry Burke in the Wilkes-Barre PA location, so I make sure to go back to her time and time again!

Why I would go back to R & F.
The sales associate was very helpful after I explained what we were looking for in a lounge chair. The sale price was excellent. That's really what made me decide to buy a matching pair.

This is the Raymour & Flanigan store to visit, even if you may live closer to another one!!
I felt the need to write this review to tell everyone that I have been to other furniture stores…even OTHER Raymour & Flanigan stores. However, my entire experience with this particular store is nothing short of AMAZING!
Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. They were never pushy, which is a huge deal for me, especially for making larger purchases such as furniture.
Kelly was extremely professional yet friendly (in a few minutes of chatting, it seemed as if I knew her for years…and it wasn’t “fake”) and completely understood my style…and EXACTLY what I would like.
I am the type that always “second-guess” anything I do, especially larger purchases like this. But, this was seriously the first time I really felt “peaceful”…no questioning the purchases whatsoever!!
I bought great-quality furniture at the best price, hands-down!!
I love this R&F store! It is worth the trip, and will be coming back in a few months to buy more pieces!
I truly am so impressed with Kelly and the entire team at this store!

Bill Williams was attentive but not overbearing. He was helpful and found the recliners we were looking for. He brought to our attention a sofa that met our description and we bought that too. Finally, it was just a pleasure walking through your store. Beautifully displayed merchandise!
