Raymour & Flanigan - Wilkes Barre Avis 

Sales associate, Sam I Am, went over and beyond to help my husband and I with the purchase of a lift recliner. My husband had trouble walking, and Sam immediately suggested a wheelchair to assist him.
He was very accommodating in allowing my husband to test the recliner out.
It was a very genuine experience!

I came in on a Sunday to look for a loveseat. Your sales consultant Jason Rodriguez was pleasant and knowledgeable, and he showed me everything I asked to see. When I came back the following Sunday with my girlfriend, he remembered me, and in fact, even remembered which loveseat I was interested in. He was again pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company.
When I shop for furniture again, I will ask for him.

Had to reorder the dining room chairs because they were damaged 😡

A third piece of furniture was damaged prior to delivery. We witnessed the delivery driver damage the dresser while it was on the truck. He attempted to remove the dresser without assistance and dragged the dresser out of the truck damaging two legs. He carried the dresser into my house by himself and proceeded to blame my flooring on the damage. In addition, there was zero Raymour and Flanigan representation. The truck did not have a banner and the delivery person did not have the professional appearance that I would have expected from an associate. I have not heard from a supervisor to this point and as mentioned this is the second attempt to have a dresser delivered. I would have expected an escalation both with customer service and with a rushed delivery. I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture over the years however I will need to consider future purchases through Raymour and Flanigan.

If I could have had a rating of NO a stars I would have chosen that!!! So I had to choose one star…..
My wife bought me a recliner as a surprise when we were away for the weekend. Upon arriving home the next day after delivery we discovered the chair is too large for our living space. We asked to have it returned so that we may pick out a more suitable piece. We were told all sales are final. This after we have spent thousands of dollars on furniture in your store!!! We will never purchase another piece of furniture from your store again and will steer others away from purchasing as well.

As usual, got expert advice from the salesperson (Gene) regarding the Purple mattress.

Very nice delivery people. My sofa was on time and in excellent condition.

The furniture is amazing. Our issue is we realized we needed new pictures now that we have new furniture. All the pictures were on sale except for the ones we wanted. They are over 500.00 and when I asked for a 10% discount I was told no. We have spent over 30,000 with Raymour since 2007 and I feel this is unacceptable.

Our salesperson was fantastic. Kerry was very knowledgeable about the mattress selections and helped us with our selection. She explained how the adjustable base worked and we were sold on it.

Chris went over and beyond to help me quickly find the perfect couch. He made it super simple for me by listing to my needs and he texted me a photo of the perfect one within minutes. I am looking forward to the super fast delivery!

I spoke with someone in chat and they weren't helpful and frankly the lack of concern about my issues as a consumer was upsetting to the point where I almost didn't purchase from your company. If I didn't already have the matching dresser I wouldn't have bought from you.
