Lift chair
Went in the store to see in person. Later after double checking space at home that it was going in, placed an easy online order. Just days later, picked up the chair at the store. Easy!
This chair is for an elderly parent. Heating element has a great benefit. Dad loves this chair!

Deceitful Advertising (loop holes)
I would have given 5 stars but, the 18% discount that was offered to my apartment complex was rejected. The item was not in stock and had to be shipped 3-5 weeks.

I appreciated the customer service that Gio provided! He answered all my questions and gave us time to browse. I also loved the fact that the furniture we were looking at was on the floor for a test "drive" and the scheduling of the delivery is easy and quick. Great experience and thank you Gio!! Looking forward to receiving the sofa and recliner.

Best furniture shopping experience!
Elyse McGowan was extremely friendly & helpful.
Greeted us with a smile and within a very short time, showed us exactly what I was looking for.
She was also very helpful & informative on arrival dates of chair & pickup instructions.
All in all, this was the easiest & most relaxed furniture shopping that I have experienced.

Hendrick was very nice and helpful. We found a recliner that both my husband and i could agree on. I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered me when i sent my husband back several days later. The whole transaction was quick and should be delivered in a few days
