Spent an hour designing my living room, and your website would not allow me to save it. now i have to start over

I wasn't notified at the time of purchase that if I didn't buy the mattress cover from Raymour that I was forfeiting the 30 day guarantee. I bought my own better quality mattress protector and had it in my possession before delivery. This is the worst thing I've purchased from Raymour and now I'm told that I'm stuck with it.

Knew what I wanted. Made an appointment. Bought it. Arriving two days later.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and a middle age white female was attentive and present.

The goodness sake people. ( Chris ) was very helpful and never once pushed us into buying ,anything, and was exceptional sales person and very patient,

Mo was our salesman who answered all of our questions and made our experience simple, fast and easy.

My salesman, Craig was extraordinary! I was interested in the last round dinette set, but as he was askin his boss to consider a small discount, another man cane over, sat at the table and looked up and told Craig he had a customer who was interested, so he was writing it up for them. It was disappointing but Craig started calling around and he found one more exactly like it, except mine was not a floor model it was new! I was so thrilled and it is the first furnishings I've ever purchased from you! I will not get it until 12/28 but I am so excited!!! That first salesman knew Craig was working to get me a good price so i could also get a dresser i really needed. He was not very fair to me which cut your store out of the possibility of two purchases. So I am happy Craig is my salesman and i guess you dont care if that other guy missed a “double header” when he acted like a vulture. I am grateful to Craig because i just moved and didnt have a table to eat at home because i wanted the perfect round table. Thank you RAYMOUR AND FLANAGAN!!!

knowledgeable, no pressure but helpful

I am a very particular shopper….I really do not like to be hounded, followed, or “sold”. I made that clear (and probably a bit rude) when I walked in and was approached by Matt. I did see him keeping an eye on me and I said “when I need help, I can assure you, I will come to you and no one else”….I understand commission sales. And Matt understood me. And in the end, I bought a sofa that was more than I intended to spend, was exactly what I wanted and was quite happy that Matt respected me and made the sale without making me “get sold”.

Carl stepped up to assist as, but he wasn't overly anxious or aggressive. We appreciate that.

He answered our concerns and was able to direct us to a product that seems to suit our needs.
As a result, we made a purchase.

Just the thoughtfulness of the salesman and the Lady representative Made me feel like family

The cost in the store the welcome and the questions ask was well answered also the price of the item is perfect that Incan afford .

Ease of picking out what we wanted and arranging delivery was excellent. Great styles and incredible prices. Can't wait to have it in my home. Quick delivery time.

The salesperson (Carl Everett) was so helpful and informative and didn't pressure my wife and I at all and that made our decision that much more easier to make.
