Our sales representative, Jen, was friendly, open and very helpful. She inspired confidence in two very discriminating customers (my husband and me). She caught on quickly to what we were looking for and not only met those requests but enhanced them with more ideas and suggestions. Though we've met her only once, I feel we are and will get very good service.

Walking in, Brandy asked what we we’re interested in. She led us to furniture we were interested in and didn’t try to sell us on other things.
She answered all of our questions and explained things we weren’t sure of.

Our salesman, Duke, worked with us over the course of a few days as we worked to find a perfect mattress at the right price.

My experience at the store with the sales person was very good… But my new mattress was just delivered because it had a stain on it. They refused to take the old mattress. That’s why I brought it down to only four stars and now I have to figure out how to get rid of the old mattress on my own. I am upset with the sales person that he didn’t tell me… Full knowing that my mattress was 16 years old… That if there was a stain on it, they wouldn’t be taking it. If I had known ahead of time, I could have made plans to already have someone pick up the old mattress on the same day , instead of having to store it somewhere in my house while I wait for a week or two to have someone pick it up. Every sales person that sells a mattress should be telling people no matter how old the mattress, if there’s a stain on it, it won’t be picked up. That way I could have shopped elsewhere or made plans ahead of time to have the mattress picked up.
