Terri was a great help. She let us browse at our own pace, and circled back to us when we narrowed down our selection and answered any questions we could come up with.

We went to the outlet store after not finding what we wanted at the regular store. Not only did we find something that we liked, but had the nicest sales person anyone could wish for. Her name was Isabelle. If you go to the outlet branch which was formerly toys R Us ask for her.

At the Yonkers store call the sale rep many times send him picture of the items we talk about never call me back had to go to the store and get another rep who was quite good might not shop at this store again first
Impression was terrible

Raymour had a well organized showroom with many options and courteous sales people. The prices were reasonable as well. The quality of the furniture is always good.

Previous experience with RF. Earlier this year purchased a bed, mattress and sofa bed from RF on central ave. Pleasant experience each time. At the outlet the salesperson Ronald I requested was off. Luckily Miss A. Ramirez offered to assist me. She was courteous, professional and very helpful. Met with her a couple times. Always with a smile on her face. So far all quality furniture. That’s why I came back.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were shopping for a sofa and quickly found what we needed.

I have went to the Raymour and Flanigan show room to see the chairs in person and no one offered to help me so because I wanted the chairs I ordered online from the show room

The salesman was very knowledgeable of the furniture at the outlet, he also was very patient and listened to what I really wanted. He made the transition to buying the furniture very easy.

The sales manager Geo really went out of his way to make sure we were making the right choice. Even moved around the furniture on the showroom to mimic how it would look in our home. Angela the sales woman was helpful. Seemed like she was still learning but really knew her stuff.

The customer service and the quality's of the product also the price . I highly recommend my family and friends to buy from Macy's
