Rays have always provided top quality flowers for us.
I've used Rays Florist for a number of years for different events and the flowers have always been wonderful. Recently they provided us with a beautiful wreath and on another occasion a lovely bouquet. The recipient of the bouquet was so pleased they sent a picture which showed how beautiful they were. Also they have always delivered on time. Fully recommend them.

Awful place
Awful place, I would avoid. We purchased flowers for a funeral, a wreath to be delivered to the crematorium.
When it arrived it was small, with wilting flowers and the name on the card was completely incorrect.
The reason for sending the flowers was completely missed.
When this was mentioned to them they refused any type of refund and took no accountability at all.
If you are sending flowers for a reason, love, compassion, condolences, thanks....this is not the florist to use, because they don't care about you or your reasons as a customer.

We are very sorry that the surname on the accompanying card was handwritten in error as “Grant” rather than “Gaunt”. We fully acknowledged and apologised for this human error when you contacted us.
However, we are disappointed to read the additional claims in this review regarding the size and condition of the flowers. At no point during your complaint did you mention that the wreath was small, wilting or that you were in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the floral tribute. Your complaint related solely to the incorrect surname on the card.
The wreath itself was made and delivered to the crematorium as ordered. While we did not agree that a full refund for the entire floral tribute was proportionate to an error on the accompanying card, we did take responsibility for that error and offered to send fresh flowers to the bereaved family, with the correct message and our apologies, at our expense.
We completely understand the importance of funeral flowers and the sentiment behind them, which is precisely why we apologised and offered to put the card error right. We are sorry that our proposed resolution was not acceptable to you.

As President of my local Womens Institute, I have twice in the last few months had to organise funeral flowers for members who have passed away.
