These reviews are fake. These people took my money and provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If you are realtor please don’t believe this crap. They promise leads that you won’t get and will not return your money if the results are don’t match what they say. Please realtors out there just lead gen on your own don’t use this service . Daniel basically told me if I had spent more money I would have gotten a better service. I have everything

Quick update this is a scam 100%. But just to be fair all of these pay at close companies are all the same. Everything is a promise execpt the part where they have to back up anything they have told you.

Company does not offer what they claim to offer. I was sold on a pitch that stated there would be warm qualified leads or my money back. After over a dozen dead or uninterested email leads and 1 warm transfer where the customer thought i was a buyer for his property i demanded my money back. After over a month of "internal investigations" i was denied a refund. Stay away.

BEWARE! Chris from Realtors' Booth sends out annoying and unwanted SPAM solicitation texts, reporting them to the FTC for violating the Federal Do No Contact List. Also be aware that their address on their website, 249 Chatham Heights Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22405, doesn't physically exist and appears to be a junky used car dealership!

UPDATE: Now their address is listed as "Otemachi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, 100-0004, Tokyo, Japan" so this is a TOTAL SCAM of a company!!
