Recliner Collection Avis 

The sales team over the phone were helpful and great to deal with.
The picture of my swivel chairs online looked good and also looked good once assembled.
The recliner component of the chair is not smooth. The mechanism has a jerking movement both as you are pushing back into a recliner position. The same is experienced when straightening to an upright position.
The comfort level I was expecting was a little disappointing. I have ordered a sheepskin seat cover to soften the seat pan.

Pleasure to deal with this firm. Chairs arrived quickly and when supposed to. Instructions not very helpful. The YouTube video is much better but goes much too quickly. One chair took some time to assemble but the second no time at all. Both chairs very comfortable.

Chose to order over phone rather than online and was pleased that i did , very helpful young woman guided me through to my choice and order placed in efficient manner . All timings were kept to , recliner chair looks and feels a quality product . Would recommend this company without hesitation on this experience .

Fantastic chair, looks good and is so comfy! Delivery was great, I was kept up to date and it was on time (not that there was a rush). Assembly I would say is not as straight forward as the paper instructions or the video form is, I required assistance to line up the arm rest holes and get them screwed in but most I did alone. Otherwise it'd be five stars

bought 3 seater sofa to match arm chair bought 18 months ago. Staff at recliner collection couldn,t have been more helpful. Delivered 8 days after ordering and exactly as described. FIRST CLASS COMPANY.

We asked for colour swatches and they arrived in a day or so. Just perfect so we ordered the two recliners. These arrived on time in perfect condition and are extremely comfy.

Since posting my review, I have been in contact with the company which has offered to exchange my chair for a different model as I was disappointed with the one I received. I was very pleased with their swift response. The service/ delivery was great. The chair itself is nice for the price but I was a bit disappointed with the finish on the wooden parts,. The chair itself is much lower than I expected but on reflection I should have checked this before buying..
It definitely took two to put it together and it would have been helpful if the instruction diagrams matched the model.

The recliner is a well made piece of furniture with massage capability that works real well , very happy with the purchase

Second recliner purchased and once again the service was 5*. From ordering through to delivery everything was as promised. Also I assembled the chair by myself and found no problem doing it. Don’t usually play on my age but it’s relevant that a 73 year old woman found it simple to do!!

Very nice chair although the back is a little hard but I guess that will soften on use.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Had a problem with the chair that was delivered, spoke to Lee. Lee was so helpful & sorted the problem out straight away. Nothing was to much trouble. Definitely use this company again. My Mum loving her new chair.
