Comfortable but major durability issue

I purchased a RecPro RV loveseat a few years ago, and while it is very comfortable and fits perfectly in our RV, I’m disappointed in the durability of the upholstery. After only about four years of normal use, the material began delaminating and peeling, which is surprising and frustrating for a product at this price point.

I really wanted to love this loveseat because the comfort is excellent, but the delamination problem makes it hard to recommend without caution. If RecPro addresses their fabric quality in future models, it would make a big difference for customers.

I have bought several couches

I have bought several couches, chairs, etc from RecPro. I have had issues with splitting seams but they always replaced the pieces until now. I bought a sectional and the vinyl is cracking and the color is peeling off. It has a grand total of 16mos of use but is is past the 2 year mark. It is clearly defective and they are telling me a can get a 25% discount on another $2300.00 sectional. DON'T BUY from these people!

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a couch that didn’t even come with the hardware kit in the box. When I called to get a replacement, I expected a quick fix, but instead I got nothing but the runaround. No clear answers, no real help—just wasted time and frustration. Completely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Issue with Incorrect AC Cover Order – Request for Resolution

I placed an order in May of last year for an AC cover, identical to one I had previously purchased from you for my RecPro Houghton 3400. I ordered the same item number both times, which you can verify from my order history.

When I finally went to use the new cover, it did not fit. Since the prior one fit perfectly, it’s clear the wrong part was shipped despite the matching item number. I understand that a significant amount of time has passed, and I accept partial responsibility for not checking the fit sooner. That’s why I asked if you could meet me halfway on a replacement.

Instead, I was offered two discount codes (3%: XK7PLMZQ and 5%: signup5), neither of which worked. While I recognize your return policy, the fact remains that I received the wrong part, and the delay in discovering it does not change that.

Unfortunately, I have no alternative vendor for this cover, so this situation leaves me in a difficult position. Going forward, I will check fitment within 30 days to avoid a similar issue, but I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution on this matter—especially given the relatively low cost of $34.

I hope you will reconsider and work toward a fair solution.

Loveseat recliner very nice

Loveseat recliner was very well boxed. I've spent 30 years in the furniture industry. Never seen furniture packaged this well. Loveseat was well made, better than I expected. Hopefully the fabric will last. Thankyou!

This company is not what it seems

I ordered several items directly from the Recpro website. All arrived quickly and all packaging was intact. I put the items (unopened) aside for approximately 2 weeks. When I opened the water heater box I found some damage to the sheet metal flange. Not a huge deal but I investigated further to find that the item I ordered (5320a) was not the damaged appliance with sticker I had in front of me (5320). Although the sticker on the packaging carton did in fact say 5320a. A difference of 2000 btu's between product. Furthermore I didn't see any 120v electrical connection. The description on the website was clear that it was "gas and electric" and "no outlet needed, hardwired application". I have since found after returning to the website (WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE) that the 5320a is a propane model only. But the largest of the "bill of goods" next to the "add to cart button" is all gas and electric baloney. Deceptive!

The second item was a microwave. I ordered a stainless steel model they sent a black. Not even the same model. Completely different visually. A three year old could tell the difference. I might have been able to live with it but it doesn't even have a 30 second button. Anyhow after several emails with photos and a phone call I've been ghosted by this company. I've given them enough time since first contacting them before writing this here today (4 weeks). I've already handed it off to the credit card.

In closing I'd like to say that I found it interesting that there are over 10000 reviews for this company on their website as well as google, but I can not find a way on either to post my own. No button, no link, nothing. I'd also like to say that I'm going hold on to a copy of what I've written here for 7 days at which time it's also going to Reddit (possibly others). About a half a dozen subs should make me feel a little better. Caveat emptor.

Sent the wrong color part

Sent the wrong color part. Then tells me to send them a picture of the wrong part. When I called they said it would be 24-36 hours before I will hear from them about the wrong part as they have to look at the picture. I suppose to verify it is in fact black and not white. BS customer service. Stay as far away from this business as possible.

Great company

Dealing with repro was defiantly a positive experience. I order a new awning for my 5th wheel trailer, their support team was right there, shipping was fast, and was very pleased with their product. They're my go to for RV supplys!
