We needed our dismantled rotten decking removed, the lady in charge was great to deal with I sent images of the amount of wood to remove & an estimate was provided.
The men turned up and removed it all very quickly and they were polite & friendly.
The estimated price -was different to what the men said on arrival but sorted that with them. I would definitely use them again
The only thing to advise is my initial price didn't state whether it incl VAT (on paying it didn’t) which added more onto the price, I know for next time. Recommend them totally.

What a great firm. Online interaction was great - got a call within 5 minutes of online chat. Booked driver who called 30 minutes before scheduled pickup. Was friendly and efficient. Paid by card. All in all amazing experience.

Spoke with a lovely lady (Kristine) who advised on the cost for collecting a king sized mattress, duvan base and headboard. Cheaper than anywhere else online. Given 2 hour collection slot for the following morning, and our driver (Slava) called on the day to confirm an exact time. Very polite and professional, and even carried down two flights of stairs. Fast and efficient, I am really impressed with this service! They got rid of lots of garden rubbish including old bricks and containers, with a smile on and a polite attitude. They left the area very clean. I was charged exactly what I was quoted which in my opinion was very honest. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT! I've been in the building trade for 20 years and have always had problems finding good, professional, reliable and fairly priced rubbish removal companies. I thought I'd try Recycling Squad, who came when it was convenient for me, gave a fixed price to clear all my rubbish from my garden and shed. The 2 guys worked non-stop in 37 degree heat, filled 5 truck loads of rubbish and swept up. THE BEST RUBBISH REMOVAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.
