First of all, it is impossible to register an additional driver via the portal when purchasing the policy; I changed cars, and now I have to call again to add my husband—the calls are inefficient, and I waste a lot of time on hold. Secondly, I took out insurance for my second car while the policy for my first car was still active; I was asked to enter the first policy number, yet now I’m receiving emails asking for a "no-claims bonus" record—which makes no sense at all given that I’m already a customer. Here I go again trying to register the additional driver—wish me luck. And finally, it is completely absurd that there is no customer support available on weekends.

RedClick have been exemplary across customer service, clarity of product provided and efficiency actioning transactions. I have used them for my motor and home insurance. Yesterday, after shopping around, my son found them straightforward as he set up his own motor insurance policy. They were also significantly more competitive on price.
