Red Rocket Couriers absolutely saved…
Red Rocket Couriers absolutely saved us.
We were in a serious bind—needing a legal document printed and hand-delivered same day in London, while we were based in the US and already behind due to the time difference. It honestly didn’t seem possible.
Lee stepped in and made it happen seamlessly. From the moment we reached out, he was responsive, calm, and completely on top of everything—exactly what you need in a high-pressure situation.
And huge credit to Carly, the courier, who executed the delivery flawlessly. Fast, professional, and reliable—exactly what you hope for but rarely get at this level.
The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and exceeded expectations. If you need urgent, mission-critical delivery, Red Rocket is the team to trust.
Could not recommend them more highly.

There is a reason they are No1
Lee is honestly one of the soundest guys you will meet. He has nothing but good intentions for his customers, and you can genuinely tell how much he cares about each and every one. I asked Lee for help sending a big chocolate order I had completed for one of my clients. I gave him less than a days notice and within 10 minutes not only did I have confirmation, I had the number of the driver completing the job for me and an introduction. There was full transparency throughout the full process and it was so easy. My chocolates were collected at 10am this morning. The delivery driver was early too! And by 4pm I had a photo and a text confirming drop off and the products arrived in perfect condition. All of that within 2 days and deliver on the same day. Honestly can't get better than that. Couldn't recommend Red Rocket anymore, better than any other courier I have used. From Lancashire to Central London in the same day with everything arriving in perfect condition 10/10

Excellent courier service
Lee was a pleasure to work with, and was really helpful and reassuring. He arranged for gold to be delivered to be sold in London from Gloucestershire on the same day, picking up at 6am to be delivered for 9am, and made sure the correct insurance was in place. The driver was lovely, and shared his location so we could watch his transit.
When the item was delivered, we immediately got confirmation with a signed delivery note and photographs confirming. Would definitely use Red Rocket again.
