I would give it higher if the feature i paid for didn't exist anymore
Great referencing system, bundles all your references seamlessly, only issue if the free version is more than adequate, however, the only upside of having a paid premium account was the word add-in feature, which after paying £25 for disappears in the middle of endless essays that require lots of referencing which I now have to copy, paste and rearrange into word myself instead of one click add in, so I have paid for a system that I can't use when i need it the most
