Advertising our company without permission and directing to another!
We are extremely disappointed that Regit is displaying our company name, Eco Torque, in a way that has resulted in customer enquiries being directed to a Halfords branch instead of to us.
We have never given permission for our company name to be used in this manner, nor for our customers' enquiries to be diverted elsewhere. Despite multiple attempts to contact Regit by email and through social media, we have received no response.
We have now submitted a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority and are awaiting their response. In the meantime, we would appreciate it if someone from Regit could contact us urgently so this issue can be investigated and resolved.
