Well managed FCA authorised company giving us excellent returns. Up to now we had our cash in the bank earning nothing, this will make a real improvement to our bottom line

The platform is straightforward to use. I have one concern, the LTV being based upon the gross developed value and not necessarily the realisable value in the case of borrower default prior to completion of a development project. This greatly increases risk when compared with other competitive sites, and lenders should be made aware of this on the platform.
Also, one criticism of the Relendex team is that they are poor at responding to queries.

Relendex provides an excellent P2P investment service for the more experienced P2P lender, and for larger amounts.(The minimum bid is £500). Opening an ISA was very straightforward. Bidding is simple. I have only seen one auction open at a time, and there are a few loans on the resale market, but purchase is straightforward. The loans are bridging and development.

Would recommend Relendex' ISA, yes. Did not even need a printer and given how temperamental my phone's scanning app is opening an ISA last year drove me up a wall.... So pleasantly surprised that Relendex keeps everything online - docusign is a major improvement on my bank's old school ways :) 30 min start to finish, could have been faster but there is a bit of small print to read here and there, Cheers for a great Q&A section, guys!

Good P2P but availability of investments is not very frequent

I opened my account within 24 hours. When I transfer money in, it is credited almost immediately. It is easy to lend money. There is as much information as I need to decide if I like a particular loan. Interest is credited upon receipt. The returns are excellent.

If you are looking for diversification of your P2P lending portfolio, Relendex is definitely a good choice. Interest rates are competitive, the platform is easy to sign up and use. Pipeline of loans, that once's been short, is now rapidly growing.

I have been investing with Relendex for over 6 months now. Compared to other P2P platforms the company offers deals with good collateral. Interest rates are competitive plus they allow lenders from overseas which is not always the case for UK-based P2P platforms.

This company is run by trustworthy people. Like others I would prefer there to be more opportunities to lend but the number of deals seems to be picking up. The returns are very good for the risks involved.

The appeal was obvious but I adopted a cautious stance in the beginning as the administration and payment history were untried, After many successful loans, I can say that everything has been conducted in a very professional manner and I think Relendex is building an enviable track record. My only gripe about Relendex has been the shortage of investment opportunities, but a recent joint venture has seen a steady stream of new loan offers, all producing 8.25-9.00% interest to investors.

Essentially Relendex takes the role of middle-man, connecting individual lenders to commercial property owners who seek funding for projects, and brokering secured lending. The only risk to capital is that inherent in any investment (that the value of the properties might fall and be inadequate security, but conservative LTV ratios minimise that risk), and the income returns are excellent, by any standards.

I have made six loans through Relendex, and in every case the interest payments have been received on time (quarterly) and capital repaid as scheduled. Customer service via email or telephone has been excellent.

Signing up is easy, and apart from the need to provide 'Know Your Client' documents to comply with anti-money laundering requirements, can all be done from the comfort of your keyboard.

I have had no hesitation in recommending Relendex to friends and family.

High interest rates on secured loans. Where else will you find such high returns? Relendex has been super helpful - always contactable via phone or email. I cannot recommend Relendex highly enough.

I have now made about five loans on Relendex. The interest rates received have been excellent and interest and capital has been paid on time. The fact that Relendex takes a first charge over the property and has conservative lending criteria means lenders have a lot of security and protection. In some cases PGs are also in place. I think Relendex is a bit of an uncovered gem, if you are thinking of making P2P loans on line why not do it with the added advantage and comfort of strong security.

We have invested in a number of opportunities and found the process easy to follow and it has given us good returns for the risk we are willing to take. All amounts invested have generated great returns and our capital has been repaid as promised. The Relendex team have also been very helpful in preparing documentation about the opportunity in advance as well as supporting us if we have had any questions or queries.
