Our Agent LORI BERRY our 5 foot tall Gentle Giant.
Our Agent LORI BERRY was a accomplished, intelligent Agent. She did things before l asked, by listening and feeling my frustrations, not on our part, the fact we sold our 7room home on the first day and my Agent wouldn't listen to my health..
We were advised by our Selling Agent we got a great price and our Agent wanted to do whatever they wanted. Moving date was difficult very soon. I told him l knew when my illness usually flare-up, and he said called the moving company to move it up sooner to 6:30 am which cost money. And it cost more money going back to our new condo. I told my Agent my money increased off $1243,
but stipulation were put to move up
Lori understood l was not well, with MS. we had to find a.condo first level or apartment that would assist me in moving around.
Lori worked so hard we were looking at other house, trailers. l push she knew my husband wouldn't be comfortable. She checked on her own, in case she could find us one we might like.
Lori brought joy in those stressful days. When l wanted to cry from my pain, crying would have helped instead she said one more tonight, she brought us Thayer Pond Condos. We went in and l saw we were home. We signed the papers right then.
My Agent really did not look out for us. He didn't considered my legs my MS. kicked in 49 boxes packed. On signing day Lori was vacuuming for me and the dog's leash around her ankle, telling me to sit down.
At the two signings she stayed in the car with the dog. She headed to the condo and helped the delivery people empty. of course the dog was by her side.
In my heart l wish l had Lori be my Seller and Buyer so she could earn more money for the incredible amount of work my Seller did.
