I can give negative rating if possible. Remit2india was offering many promo code to attract customers but during my check out three days ago, tbe promo code "NEW" didn't apply by their system and my receiver received about Rs.5000 less in India. I wrote emails and also got phone call back, but representative denied to help. Please do not trust.

Excellent service Provided by Pratik S. Very efficient and prompt service. Pratik answered all my questions patiently and gave appropriate advice, very good to deal with - highly recommended.

Their customer service is the worst. Their Relationship manager Anitha intentionally cut off the call while I was talking. That's rude. The call was 3 to 4 mins long. She doesn't have basic patience. I don't don't why such people are recruited into customer service.

I'm customer for remit2india for over a decade and I always trust this company in currency exchange and competitive exchange rates. Naveen Bachwanv is being very helpful, knowledgeable staff member.

I initiated the transaction on 1st January 2020 with a huge amount because there is an offer going on. After the transaction, I saw some negative reviews and really got scared. Even I tried to call my UK bank to stop it but it was too late. But the very next day I got an email from remit2india that my transaction has been processed. When I open my Indian bank account I didn't believe that money was credited in the Indian bank account. I don't know why people keep writing bad reviews. I agree that usually, they take time to answer the call but for me the experience was fantastic. If they continue to give this kind of service then it will be a challenging company in the market. It was my first time to send money from the UK to India and also for the first time with Remit2India. I really impressed.

It’s really very gud service and Pratik has given a gud offers and gave a gud customer service. I appreciate him for handling a customer in excellent way.

My friend refer me but I recon, they just give you tempting offer but when we actually want to send money, no one help us. Try to call 6 to 7 times a day and waiting for call back but no one give me call back in last 2 days. Once after receiving call again put on hold for more than 10 min. How can trust after send money.

All the reviews on trustpilot are paid good reviews, if you wanna see the reality of this company check compare remit, their rating on that platform is 2.7 with real feedbacks from helpless customers like me
Anyone out there who is considering to use this company, just stay away.
I have never written a review in my life even after a bad service, if I am writing one it seriously means that how frustrated, annoyed, harassed and help less I feel right now.
In short, tried their service for a transaction its been 20 plus days, called them a million times with a hold time of almost 10 min plus every times, requested call backs which they never respond to and dont even worry about getting any information supplied by emails, they just ignore the mails sent and never responds.

They would not refund me the money and the beneficiary has not received anything.
They will also deduct a portion of your money if you wanna cancel the transaction even saying yes to that my funds are with them.
Customer service people are cluless, every time you call they would tell you something new.
They would not escalate your issues or make you talk to the manager, they have hired people who are good in telling sugar coated lies,, absolutely brainless.

Pratik was very patient and helpful during phone call while making transaction online. Remit2India provides best exchange rate on the market and transaction is processed on same day!!!...How convenient !!!

Finally it works.
Amount credited in 5 min. Excellent after 5 attempts. Really good.
change my rating from 1 to 5. great and made me feel good.

I got on call with Naveen Bachwani after it transferred from different person. And I'm glad it went to him and he addressed the query so well. I personally felt he takes care of every case or call with high importance and addresses with best suggestion.
