Wouldn’t bother ordering from here unless you’re ok with receiving SHEIN items for 10x the price ! Most of the stuff on the website is off SHEIN

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago and I have been mailing since for an eta to be told today they don’t have it and offered me a credit note. A credit note for their mistake ?? They told me they will give me a refund but won’t give any receipt that the refund has been processed.

Don’t buy off this lady the goods came damaged & I’ve asked for refund which she refused and told me I had damaged the goods myself! Next step small claims court!!

I placed an order with this company on the 25th of August, I had no updates about the order so I emailed them and received one reply - "Delivery is 18 working days" - it has now been longer than that and I have had no delivery or response since. I have asked for a refund and further updates and have received nothing! If this is a real company customer service is absolutely appalling.
