I recently had one of my landlords switch over to Rentec, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The platform is incredibly simple to navigate, and the layout makes moving through each screen feel intuitive and efficient. It’s definitely one of the more user-friendly systems I’ve worked with, which made the transition smooth for both me and my client.
A huge shoutout to our onboarding specialist, Colton Green—he’s been fantastic throughout the entire process. He’s extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and always had the answers ready. Even better, he provided helpful quick links whenever I needed a refresher on certain steps, which saved a ton of time.
Overall, the combination of an easy-to-use platform and top-tier support made this a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Rentec to other property managers and landlords looking for a seamless, efficient system to manage their properties.

My name is Geovinci Martinez, RN and I own a small but successful rental property business in South Texas. Recently we had to restructure our LLC in order to minimize liability. This meant modernizing from our previous pen and paper accounting and Zelle payments to an online Rental System. After months of searching and 1 monumental failure with another company, we found RENTEC DIRECT. I started working with Mr. Colton who showed me that this company was exactly what I was looking for. The system was more simple to use than Quickbooks which as an old-schooler, i greatly appreciated. Mr. Colton walked me thru the process with ease. Helped me organize my thoughts and lead me to acquire the skills and resources I badly needed to now be able to grow my business efficiently and safely. My tenants are also very pleased with their new payment portal and all its functions for invoices and record keeping. All in all, this has been a great experience and I recommend Rentec to all owners and landlords out there. Doesn't get any easier, and the support staff is TOP NOTCH. We recently moved from DoorLoop to Rentec Direct, and I have no regrets. While the software might lack a few capabilities that DoorLoop offers, the quality of customer service, including their responsiveness, makes up for this. We are a customer for life!
