Communication was good and ensured I had an appropriate setup. Service was great with attention to detail packaging to ensure my animal arrived safely. Eating and settled in within a day, highly recommend.

I recently ordered a juvenile Hermanns tortoise. From start to finish I was kept updated on progress, I was asked about the set up and a photo was requested before he was packed ready to leave. He/she arrived very well packaged and safe. A lovely healthy young tortoise who happily tucked in to some leafy greens and explored the enclosure before basking under the lamp for a while.

Amazing company. I live in the remote scottish highlands so was worried about courier costs however they offered me an amazing price. I've had a few animals from them now and they have all arrived safely and in great health with great packaging. Very thankful for reptco

I used to buy my reptiles from morph market until the reptco opened and I haven't looked back since, I've bought numerous things from them from dart frogs to ball pythons and the best one of my collection a green tree python which I've managed to tame out and is now very handleable.

There prices are very fair or cheaper than most places on the internet

Delivery prices are very cheap even for Saturday delivery compared to the likes of morph market and other reptile shops out there and you can also choose your delivery day where as others you have to wait for specialist drivers to bring it to when it fits there run, dx express who bring reptcos orders have always been spot of with there care of the boxes and I've never received a damaged box or even a hint of any slightest of damage.

Can't recommend the reptco enough so don't hesitate to place an order with them you won't be disappointed

I wrote a review about my experience with reptco I however should of contacted them directly but we all get frustrated with online purchases without writing an essay they have since gone above and beyond for me I was given 3 options that they gave me to resolve the issue and honestly they couldn’t of been more honest helpful and I’m now a costumer for life I dealt with a manager named Aaron if you have any issues don’t do what I did and take your grievances to socials contact them directly I’m really happy how I’ve been dealt with because they never had to contact me back to begin with….. genuinely thank you so much

I bought a royal python from here ,unfortunately she didn't eat for a few weeks ,which caused us stress and Anxiety we spoke with Aaron and Dan and we was reassured this was normal and nothing to worry about and was more than helpful, I would definitely recommend buying reptiles here as they are very helpful and professional and will rectify any issues immediately, highly recommended,

Great experience with ReptCo when buying lizards for my son. The man was very helpful and patient both before and after buying them when I asked for advice. We used their specialist overnight delivery service and this worked really well as the lizards were carefully looked after with regards to how they were transported.

I Purchased a strawberry pacman frog from reptco and cant thank them enough ,im over the moon with my little frog ,beautiful colouration ,and a healthy, active frog , arrived in a secure very well packed box with heat packs that was still warm on arrival amazing communication threw out and best part they check u have the correct setup before allowing the animals to leave them 5 stars 🌟 for this amazing company that put animal welfare first il be back thankyou

The snake was packed with obvious care,

Simply THE BEST!!! have used Reptco several times, the animals always arrive in first class condition well packed in either cloth bags or plastic boxes the whole lot then packed into a solid wooden box, which is then further packed into a substantial cardboard box. The wooden boxes make great present boxes Christmas, Birthdays etc etc far too good to throw away!!! Thank You Reptco.

I purchased a leopard gecko through this site. First of all, what a cutie but this isn't about him.

From the moment I had confirmed the purchase and delivery I was emailed further details regarding the delivery time, information on my little individual and care concerns. Communication between the store, the courier service they use for delivery are top notch which is essential when transporting a live animal.

What I received was well packaged and as comfortable as I can imagine you can make these when sending them out. The images online of what it is you're buying are accurate and what you see is what you get.

Would 100% use again should I purchase any more reptiles.

While having previously ordered Fish from their sister site (Trop co) and had a great experience overall Rept co wasn't really on my planned list for reptile purchase as there are much more "Established" places to buy from .......this was an error in thinking after spotting something I've wanted for a while and sitting with an empty paludarium I took the plunge and I'm glad I did Kaiju (mourning gecko) arrived safe and sound protected by a wooden frame in what can only be described as a nest of shaving inside her tub surrounded by paper to keep her secure and the obvious heat pack.

She absolutely couldn't have been taken better care of she's chunky and healthy and a beyond beautiful example of the species.

I was infact so impressed another of my tanks will soon be having it's residents arrive from them (brown anoles) !
