The company were able to send an engineer the morning after we contacted them. The engineer phoned to tell us when he would arrive. He was prompt, courteous and fixed our issue speedily.

Excellent all round
This firm was allocated by AEG for my washing machine. Communications were good, engineer was a lovely guy who knew what he was doing, resolving the problem quickly and actually, another issue too which he completed a few days later. Vey satisfied.
