Resume Professional Writers Avis

The final is great and quick email message responses. They got started right away. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is I had used this company Many years ago and we were able to converse on the phone. Now it seems that part of the service no longer exists. I did provide my number for discussion and only got notes in resume. I personally would have preferred to discuss so we knew we each were on the same page and my thoughts were relative in today's market.

I wanted a CV that would help me to make the transition back into academia, but not into teaching. I was a little afraid that the CV would be sparse because I do not have a lot of academic experience other than teaching, and the only training I have towards my desired career is from an online training course.
Turnaround was rapid with first draft being sent to me within a few days after I sent the initial information, and a 1st revision was returned after only 1 day. My CV only required 3 minor revisions before the final draft was completed.
The writer took my information and created a comprehensive CV that I look forward to sending out.
The only negative is that the writer did not respond to my messages with answers to my questions, which made me feel as though I may have been either talking to a robot or that the writer was simply refusing to communicate with me.

To hard to communicate
Pretty much just copy paste my old resume
No re writhing was done I could have done the same job in 15 min

Good job. Love it all

The Professional Writers did a good job at capturing my work experience and designing a resume that speaks to my filed of work excellent job.

Team provided great feedback and quick communication.

I paid for the service. The initial resume was 4 pages long and had so many grammatical errors that was unbelievable. RPW offered to make changes after going through weeks of back and forth. the resume was revised 3 times and still has so many errors. I have not gotten one response from the resume AT ALL! its been a year.

As an existing customer for many years, I am yet to ever be disappointed. Anthony was extremely professional and mindful of all of my initial revisions to my existing resume when rebuilding. He took my thoughts and concerns into consideration and addressed any revisions I had timely. Would you recommend this team again and again, to any professional looking to modify an existing or create a new resume. Thank you Resume Professional Writers!

Very pleasant process from start to finish. The communication with the writers is very good and timely. Good experience and would recommend to others.

I love the way my résumé was built very professional

I received the resume, and sent my observations. I had to follow up with them because they would not reach back. The resume was great, already started using it.

Professional writers are great writers. They are experts in their field who understand what their clients are looking for with their resume and in good time.

The staff at Professional Resume Writers were awesome; they communicated with me constantly until I was completely satisfied. They took all my strengths and experiences and made me an amazing resume. I definitely would and have already recommended them to my friends and coworker’s.

Very professional service. Excellent resume writing. Their communication through every step of the process is amazing. Before trying Resume Professional Writers I spent $300 on a premium package at Zipjob thinking I'd be getting high quality results/service. Boy was I wrong. I was so displeased with Zipjob that I didn't even attempt to use what they gave me. Multiple people that saw my resume after Zipjob told me that the one I did myself was better. Trust me.....don't waste your time and money anywhere else. Resume Professional Writers will be my go-to anytime I need my resume updated.

Very Professional, loved the layout of my resume
Staff was helpful in what I was looking for.

I am disappointed with the service I got and would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

Pros:

My resume is better than it was before, I will say that, which is why I rated 2 stars vs 1. Was it significantly better? No.

Cons:

1. You get the first draft (resume only) in the 4 day time frame but the overall process took almost 3 WEEKS. When you are actively applying to jobs, that is a really long time and dozens of resumes going out.

2. The first draft had a ton of grammar errors. It took me over an hour just to proof read her work. When I complained about the lack of attention to detail and grammar errors, her reply back also contained errors! Very very unprofessional.

3. The cover letter and thank you letter were pretty generic and not very customized. I also felt rushed to finalize these drafts even though I was not completely satisfied.

Overall I wish I had gone with a different company that was more professional with the product they gave me and valued the timeliness of the final drafts.

I called your firm asking if you could help me with creating a new federal required narrative style resume by a certain date. I was told that yes you could and you had someone with knowledge of the job field. I had to rewrite sections of the resume. And did not have it by that date I was promised by your company. I am the one who finished writing it in order to reach that deadline.
Your method of communication is very poor and archaic and needs some work also.

Great Job! I love my resume…
