ReTag is a great platform if you’re looking for authentic pre-owned luxury products. I recently purchased a pair of denims from their store in Vasant Vihar and was quite impressed with the quality and condition. Everything matched the description perfectly. They got the same Drycleaner and the delivery was on time and the overall experience was very professional. Staff was nice & humble.

I feel a little bit glitch in website but over all user experience is very good.... My mom also satisfied to see the quality of packing and lv bag....

This is my honest experience with Retag as an employee. The work environment was extremely stressful, and the management—both HR and the founder—often came across as rude and dismissive. Deadlines were unrealistically strict, overtime felt like a routine expectation, and at times I had to handle the workload meant for two people. Job security was shaky, and in my case, the way my exit and salary settlement were handled was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone looking for a supportive or professional workplace.

These guys took two months to deliver the coach bag and finally when I received it, they had painted it so badly i had to give it to a leather laundry to get it rectified. These guys are pathetic and they have so much attitude it's not funny. I wish I could put screenshots of my conversations with them here. Please refrain from buying here. They gave me a certificate of authenticity where the code is not mentioned. I can go on and on about their pathetic service.

BEWARE OF CHEATS !! These guys sold me a bag in "pristine"conditions and showed me 10 photos of the D&G bag . They sent me a bag torn at both ends from inside . I spent almost 1.5 k to send the bag back . They said since I had negotiated for the price , its discounted and they will not replace it . They somehow stitched the bag in and sent it back . The originality of the bag is lost . There is an issue closing it .
Its a trap ! Even if you negotiate Re1/- its become s a discounted product and they will not replace it .
I paid 22k for a Torn bag !!

Sold me a torn bag and hid the fact that it was torn. Told me I can't return the bag after I had already made the payment. Check their Google reviews, there are many people to whom this happened.

Customer experience was awful too.

Terrible service, the girl Arpan or whatever her name is so rude and dismissive. They just take your item and no come back, you have to do all the follow up. I didn't even see my bag on the website, so don't know how they were promoting it.

This company is such a fraud company which cheats the buyers in the name of luxury brand. I understood this thing much later that what proof do we have that all the products of this brand are genuine. Why would anyone sell such products which we would buy again, and their customer care is already dead in us. I would just say that do not deal with such a fraud company because they will not give you products worth your money.

I have purchased a product and delivered today. Once it’s delivered I had contacted Retag customer support who is managing whatsapp no +91 70710 45045. The customer service is pathetic and rude. since the beginning of the purchase made.

Having said that, The product which I have received was in tampered stage and box was thrown inside, morely the Burberry Watch was not cleaned. Attached pics and videos fyr. How can a customer be liable for such unethical conduct or practice is made. Retag is denying to accept the product because they wanted the video of unbox, this was never told to me earlier. And questioned about their packing video while shipping but they denied to accept the fact that customer is suffering with the purchased product and there is no authentic card for the same given.

I’m sure i’m not alone there might be many customers facing such challenges.

They are absolutely rude to customer and shrudely disconnected the call.
I want to return the product and expecting to get refund for the amount purchased.
I’m unable to reach or contact anyone from Retag to escalate the issue.

They are scammers please don’t send any products to them to sell . They take and when they are not sold they damage the products and send . I am sharing pics of my Gucci shoes in google reviews and many review pages how they were sent and they uploaded on their website and how they damaged and sent . Please don’t encourage the scammers and get your expensive products damaged

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Please do not buy anything from them. Their claims about the products that they offer are all lies. They sold me a bag claiming that it's in pristine condition (which according to their own website means as good as new), but what I received looked old and worn out. When I asked them for a refund or exchange, they simple said that they can only get it cleaned again. I don't think that's any solution. Do you?

I came across this website recently and it looked genuine. I liked a Gucci bag and the customer service was quick to respond. Unfortunately, that is where the good part ends for me. The bag mentioned had a "Pristine" tag and I was told the bag will be bio cleaned before sending. The bag is far from pristine condition, the leather is scratchy and the belt is completely black. I don't know if these guys do not know the meaning of pristine. The bag was listed at 30K and we negotiated to 25K. The return policy sent has mentioned that return is not applicable in case of sale or discounted items. Now they very conveniently omitted mentioning that negotiation is also considered as a discounted or sale product. I have heard this for the 1st time, specially in a second hand products platform where anyone would negotiate before buying, And they agreed to negotiate without any resistance. Which means no product will ever be returned on their website. It's not a small amount, specially for a bad quality product mentioned as "pristine". This play of words by them is only to cheat the customers. It's a completely fraud system.

The company adds incorrect product photos on their website. For example LV Neverfull PM size will have MM size photos on the website. LV Speedy 25 will have photos of 30 size on the website. Product description is also misleading. Even on Instagram messages they send incorrect product photos. Be careful while buying from Retag. Their customer service is not good. The problem is top down. If the CEO doesn't check these things and have control over the departments, then what can you expect.

Recently one of my friends recommended Retag to me as i had shopped from another re seller of Delhi but had a very bad experience. I had decided to not shop pre loved but Retag changed this mindset and i bought 2 footwears from them and they were very patient with my queries. Happy with my purchase overall.

I recently purchased 2 louis vuitton bags in like new condition from their website. I was beyond thrilled with the packaging and their website description because the bags were actually in never been used condition. When i asked the team that why didnt they mention them as never been used, their reply was sweet & simple and they said we are delivering happiness and we want all our products to be at par or beyond their expectations when our clients receive them. Happy to have bought the bags from them. Will shop again soon

I recently visited their store after Mom wears prada had reviewed them on instagram in her story. Their staff was very warm and the condition of 30% of the products were actually like new. I bought a dress and a footwear from them and i was surprised to see a trial room and i wont lie i did take my sweet time and tried on 5 - 7 different apparels and they were very patient. Good customer service

Guys dont buy from them, they scam people, they show you different products and they hype the condition of the product and what you receive is generally very bad and worst they dont even return!! I have had worst experience!! Also their arrogance is at different level!!

I have been dealing with Retag from last 4-5 years for all my luxury needs be it selling or buying and it has proven to be The Best Luxury Re-selling platform in India. With their super smooth selling process and payment policy I have sold so many of my luxury products with them. Not only selling I also ended up buying some of the luxury products which I wasn’t able to find anywhere.

I bought 2 belts & both turned out to be in damaged condition.Gucci belt was listed under Pristine tag but it was hardly in good condition. The other belt (Fendi) was listed under Good Condition that turned out to be in worn out stage.They did not share image of damaged area. All they want is to get your money & send worthless,damaged stuffs. Engage at your own risk. Better you donate that money.
