Rex Gooding Estate Agents & Surveyors Avis

I could hardly believe the response I received from Chloe at Rex Gooding. How very unprofessional. I am so pleased that Jackie Richards was upset, as I was extremely upset when she messed up so many appointments and cost me money when I raced back home and no-one turned up. Perhaps when she becomes self-employed she will realize the hurt and damage, not to mention the money lost that I have suffered from her stupidity.

Incidentally I did not sublet the garage. That is libel. Kindly retract your silly reply Chloe or I will sue and I totally reject your disingenous wishes for my health, which I am pleased to state is fine.

Perhaps your time would be better spent getting the damage to the garage repaired, for which I was not responsible!! It is a health and safety issue and the residents at Leverton Court are much aggrieved.

Absolutely disgusted by behaviour of 3 different members of staff in the west bridgford branch. Extremely unhelpful and were mimicking me on the phone-Extremely sarcastic and ended the call in tears. Requested for an application that was then missed for a property myself and my partner wanted. So unprofessional.

Can not rate Rex Gooding highly enough.
From valuation right through to completion they provided outstanding customer service.
If we were to sell a property again Rex Gooding were be our only choice of estate agent.
Knowledgable , professional and family friendly service.

No hassle other than lots of chasing calls at the beginning of the process.

Solid service when viewing and throughout a relatively smooth purchase - not pushy for feedback on house viewings, but efficient with relevant communications when needed when purchasing. Knowledgeable and helpful across the team. While you don't get a choice of agents when buying a house, they would certainly be top of the list if we were to be selling a property in the near future.

My wife and I recently bought a property through Rex Gooding, Bingham.
Very impressed with the regular contact and willingness to keep driving the sale/ chain forwards in order to meet the needs of those within it.
We were both very impressed with all that Lucy did in the later stages with the updates and also assisting in getting the solicitors to communicate and exchange the contracts.

Without hesitation I would recommend the agents to my friends/ family and colleagues in the future

The service received was excellent especially the ongoing updates on progress.

Lucy was really helpful and contacted us throughout with updates and ensured we got the house we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Lucy was so professional, understanding and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and was the key cog that kept the whole process ticking along nicely. If we ever moved house again we would certainly want Lucy to sell it for us. Thank you Rex Gooding.

Kept up to date every step of the way
Lucy handled everything really well
V happy with the outcome

If I ever have a problem with a property these guys have always got it sorted very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Rex Gooding and their team to anyone.

An amazing service from all at Rex Gooding. They often seemed to be the only ones who knew what was going on. A very knowledgeable and experienced team who actually seemed to care.

Lucy was fantastic, she went above and beyond. Every single step of the move Lucy called and kept us up to date.
Brilliant company, outstanding Lady.

Thank you so much for making our stressful move so much easier.

3 years ago we used the services of Rex Gooding to sell a property. Good communications throughout enabled the sale to be completed quickly and hassle free and finding the right people was most important to us as they were to be our new neighbours! We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of this sale.

Later, we purchased a buy to let apartment through Rex Gooding. The sale went through without any hitches, was completed on the Thursday, a viewing the next day and the tenants moved in the following Thursday. The quick turnaround of the necessary work to comply with buy to let regulations and bringing the property up to standard could not have been achieved without the help and support of the staff at Rex Gooding.

On the contrary we have recently completed the purchase of another buy to let apartment through a different estate agent. Two weeks on we are still awaiting the ‘printing’ of the vouchers for a free meal promised on the completion of the sale! Needless to say we are using Rex Gooding to find suitable tenants for this property

Rex Gooding have a wealth of knowledge and experience of the area and without hesitation we would recommend them.

Couldn't sing their praises high enough. They were proactive and helpful beyond their remit. In fact they were able to help provide information and support when it looked like negotiations were not not going anywhere. Amanda was outstanding. It's really gratifying that at long last WB has got a really great estate agency to challenge the tired old status quo. Moving to near the Avenue was a God send. Well done Rex Gooding!

The team at Rex Gooding West Bridgford were superb. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always so welcoming and helpful when we popped in with queries or for an update. They worked very hard on our behalf to secure a smooth sale.

Very pleased with all of the hard work that Jackie did for us on our house purchase. Kept well informed at all times and we were overall very impressed by her professional service. We are now very happy in our new home. Thank you.

I found Rex Gooding Estate Agents to be highly professional.
They did everything they said they would and more. The whole process from the beginning was handled with helpfulness and good communication by Hannah Owens.

Fast, efficient letting service from Rex Gooding, as always.
Would highly recommend.

We had a number of difficulties with solicitors on both sides when selling our property, as they didn't communicate well between the two of them, or with us or the buyers. Thank goodness that Amanda and her colleagues were on the ball and stepped in to sort things out, In the end everything went smoothly and we are so grateful for the personal attention that we received at every stage. Well done! .
