RHS Plants Avis 

This was the first time I had ever bought a plant online from the RHS, and I would certainly do so again. The plant itself was in good condition, but it was packaged very securely in a large box clearly marked the right way up keeping it perfectly safe and that's worth five stars.

Plant appeared healthy and arrived in good condition

I was surprised how small the plant was and some dead leaves. However as it is at the end of its season I hope it will take off in the Spring.

I ordered this for a "Ruby" wedding anniversary. I'd followed this plant called "Ruby" ground covering Hydrangea for sometime and was delighted that it secured 2nd place in the show. It arrived hydrated... so much so that it very nearly fell out of the packaging!.. It looked quite tired .. I have given this as their present to mark their anniversary - but was slightly deflated as quite a lot of the leaves had turned yellow and the plant looked stressed.. I really hope it picks up as it put a lot of thought and time into this gift as their garden is small.

Having paid quite a lot of money for this plant I was dissapointed with the quality of it

The plants arrived without a problem.
There were helpful instructions for planting.
They are all thriving.

Very poor quality plants ,would not purchase again.

I ordered 5 plants and the page got stuck on the processing payment page for 10 mins. In the end, I had no choice but to close the window. I went into my orders and nothing was there. So I reordered and this time it went through. The next day I saw that two parcel deliveries were expected from courier. So checked my emails and I had a duplicate order. The first one went through. I have a large garden so decided to leave it and accept both deliveries. However, the first order...the plants were absolutely dreadful. Poor quality. The proof was when I received the 2nd duplicate order the next day and the plants were healthy, what I would expect from RHS. I complained about one smoke bush as it was unrecoverable and did eventually get a refund but the trouble I had to go to, to call them and then send in pictures has put me off ordering from RHS plants in the future. I'm suspicious that these plants are actually from Crocus and Primrose. I had a leaflet from primrose in the healthy plant order and Crocus was on one of the plant pots from the other.

All plants arrived quickly and in good condition. The Hydrangeas were cut right back so hoping they will grow well when planted. I would have liked some info on how to plant as this was not included.

Ordered two grasses in 2 litre pots which arrived in excellent condition doubtless due to the sturdy and well protected packaging. I was very pleased with my order and will buy from RHS again.

Plants arrived within day and were in excellent condition . Would definitely buy again.

The second time I have bought plants from an RHS seller. The plants were lovely and came by their special courier so arrived in excellent condition in a good sized pot.

Lovely plants. Well packed. Just took a little while to arrive.

Not able to get to where I usually buy my bulbs from this year so ordered from Harlow Carr so I could purchase the same as I bought last year as they were beautiful. Arrived safely and now in my window boxes.

Ordering was easy, the plant arrived in good time and was an excellent example. So generally very pleased

Everything was great from ordering to delivery keeping updates by email.
On receiving the order I was very disappointed by the poor condition of the Trillium. I have planted it and will have to wait and see if it grows
