RHS Plants Avis 

One of the hostas looked very poorly. The heuchera were expensive for the size. And what has happened to the rest of the order - no word from RHS?

I have ordered from RHS many times before and have always been delighted. Less so this time.

Product arrived promptly. Package well (to well!)

This is the third bin like this I have bought. They're easy to assemble and equally easy to disassemble when you want to turn your compost. When you do all the right things, you can make a bin of usable compost in about nine months.

Well packed, bulbs had spouted, but as I read no problem with them growimg on.
Planted same day as delivered , I was not sure if they would flower this year but low and behold they are about to show their beautiful flowers, exciting and happy I chose RHS bulbs.

Can I offer my sincere thanks on the efficient way u dealt with my complaint. I bought 2 Daphne 1 of which didnt survive despite all the tlc I offered it. It was efficiently delivered and packaged brilliantly. I have placed it in a different position and look forward to seeing flowers next year.

I bought the plants as a gift. The delivery service was efficient with them arriving well packed, in good condition and on the right day requested.
My friends were delighted with the gift.

The box the plant was sent in wasn’t sufficient to protect the plant in transit. It arrived with the upper half of the box separated and the plant exposed.
Fortunately the plant was secured at the base and one branch of the plant was damaged.
However the plant itself is now thriving. Fortunately it is a hardy evergreen!!
I would recommend the product, it’s just the packaging needs addressing.

Privet shrub was well packaged and delivered in good time and condition. Planted the next day.

The plants are ok now but had been well over watered.The bottom of the box sodden and some of the plants were on their side. The courier said they had put the tape round the bottom to try and keep the contents together. Come on RHS, you can do better than this. Have you heard of plastic bases.
