Richer Sounds is my "go to" place for A/V products. Have always found them to be helpful, friendly, efficient and competitively priced. My recent experience was no exception. After being greeted in a cheery manner by Aaron I explained what I wanted. He checked the store stock and went to get what I wanted. Having paid I left with my purchase. The entire process was completed in less than 5 minutes. My thanks to Aaron for his helpfulness and efficiency. All in all a very positive shopping experience.

I contacted Bournemouth to ask if they had a Technics SA-C600 in stock. Paul got back to me really quickly saying they’d order one in. He contacted me as soon as it arrived. The guys in the shop were really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend and also the Technics is awesome!!

Good atmosphere and the staff were all helpful and this is what shopping used to be like and should still be like. A personal service and I didn’t feel rushed unlike many other stores.
The delivery service was very good and all in all a great shopping experience.

It was very easy to find the item I wanted on the website and then to place the order. I arranged for collection from my local store. The item was delivered there by DPD and so I could track the delivery progress. I had delivery notification from DPD which was followed up immediately by a phone call and email from the local store. Very good customer service all round.

Panasonic TV purchased from Richer Sounds in Bournemouth developed a fault which we were told could not be satisfactorily repaired. Although the TV was over a year old they have given me a full refund to purchase a new TV. The staff at the Bournemouth branch were extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend this company for their customer and after sales service.

Having been contacted by Richer Sounds today the issue I had was addressed and a small compensation was awarded to me in regards to setting up my new you view box.
I was not expecting to hear from them after I sent a review comment but was impressed by the service.

Well I believe that the Experience was a total success due to many factors i.e. I "applied" myself to the "task-in-hand" cos it became increasingly apparent en route that I did actually Want what I was seeing, rather than the thing that had brought me through the door initially. This attitude "meeting" quality advice from someone who really Did know what they were talking about, not least of all due to, it transpired, direct personal experience is a Winner. I'm a happy Boy.

I'm a frequent buyer from Richer sounds and I have compared the price with other sellers and no doubt Richer sounds prices are competitive and they have excellent customer service and team. Will buy again from them and highly recommend.

Great service when I visited their shop in Boscombe, Bournemouth. They advised slightly different set up to what I was thinking. Sure its a good decision. Checked it out at home an then ordered from them on-line. Delivery service was excellent, just 3 days later on standard delivery, LG make excellent TV's :-)
Oh, Price was best I could find aswell.

After receiving such bad customer service from a big retailer (the one with the sometimes good Christmas ads) when our new TV broke after 6 days, I took my business elsewhere - to Richer Sounds.

As I've experienced on every occasion in the past, the staff at Richer Sounds were friendly, cheerful and couldn't have been more helpful. They didn't make me feel they were just after the sale, which the other retailer failed on.
